Sales Market Highlights  May 2011 and June 2011

 Toronto Real Estate Board –TREB-  Commercial Members recorded 35 sales of IC&I properties in May 2011. Within these sales, there were

22 industrial buildings of all size categories (average price $70.81 per square foot- 1% increase from May 2010)

13 Commercial/Retail properties (average $175.70 /sq ft – a 32% increase from May 2010)

 Toronto Real Estate Board –TREB-  Commercial Members recorded 45 sales of IC&I properties in June 2011. Within these sales, there were

 20 industrial buildings of all size categories (average selling price of $56.00 per square foot. -10 per cent decline from June 2010). The average price for sold industrial properties from non-MLS sources was $81.78 per square foot.

25 Commercial/Retail sales (average selling price of $110.64 per square foot –33 per cent decline from  June 2010.)
